Zendaya Buys $2 Million ‘Diamond in the Rough’ Hollywood Hills Home Next Door to Her $6.5 Million House

Zendaya has the makings of a compound!

The Dune star, 29, paid just over $2 million to purchase a Hollywood Hills property that sits next door to a home she already owns on Tuesday, February 10, First For Women can confirm.

The 2,964-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath home, described as an “original mid-century modern diamond in the rough” in the real estate listing, is definitely a fixer-upper. The home has wood paneling throughout, along with a “rustic” exterior that blends into the lush wooded yard.

Meandering paths wind through the extensive backyard to the koi pond.

The Euphoria actress purchased the neighboring 4,114-square-foot house, which is tucked away farther from the main road, for $6.5 million in 2024. That property is also a mid-century modern gem, but has been completely renovated.

The home boasts five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a kitchen full of high-end appliances. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors in the living and dining areas open up to a pool in the backyard for a classic indoor-outdoor California vibe.

Zendaya, who is engaged to Spider-Man costar Tom Holland, also owns three other properties in the LA area, along with an apartment in Brooklyn.
