On Sunday, March 1, 2026, “This Week with George Stephanopoulos” ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (3.066 million) and Adults 25-54 (457,000) in its fourth consecutive telecast, based on Live+Same Day Big Data Plus Panel Program Ratings from Nielsen Media Research.
- “This Week” posted double-digit increases week to week in Total Viewers (+15% – 3.066 million vs. 2.665 million) and Adults 25-54 (+38% – 457,000 vs. 331,000). “This Week” hit a 5-week high in the key Adult news demo (since 1/25/26) with its 2nd-strongest telecast of the season.
- “This Week” improved on the year-ago Sunday in Total Viewers (+11% – 3.066 million vs. 2.764 million) and Adults 25-54 (+1% – 457,000 vs. 452,000), standing as the only Sunday public affairs program to grow year to year in both measures.
- “This Week” (3.066 million) outperformed NBC’s “Meet the Press” (2.709 million) by its largest Total Viewer margin (+357,000) in over 1 year — since 1/12/25, based on regular telecasts.
- Season to date, “This Week” ranks No. 1 in Total Viewers (2.795 million), leading NBC’s “Meet the Press” (2.657 million) and CBS’ “Face the Nation” 1 and 2 (2.786 million). In fact, “This Week” is beating the NBC program by its largest overall viewer lead (+138,000) in 29 years — since the 1996-1997 season.
George Stephanopoulos is anchor, Martha Raddatz is chief global affairs correspondent and co-anchor, and Jonathan Karl is chief Washington correspondent and co-anchor of “This Week.”
