Police scanner audio say police were looking for the suspects in a black Kia, reportedly stolen from Penn Hills.
Multiple reports indicate the incident happened at the AMC movie theater near the mall.
Police are reportedly chasing a least one of the suspects on foot in the Dormont area.
According to reports, one person is in custody and three others are on the loose.
