PARK COUNTY, Mont. – A blown over semi truck landed on top of a Park County deputy’s patrol car as the Park County Sheriff’s Office and Park County Rural Fire District were on scene responding to a separate blown over semi truck on I-90 westbound at milepost 350.
PCSO said the deputy was inside the patrol car and sustained minor injuries.
“We have requested the interstate be shut down at Big Timber until we can clear the scene and the wind settles a bit,” PCSO said.
Multiple blown over semi trucks have been reported between Livingston and Big Timber, according to the Montana Department of Transportation. I-90 westbound at Livingston is currently closed and traffic is directed to the I-90 detour through Livingston.
