[Dickinson is] a great human, really even-keeled, got a great head on his shoulders, very self-accountable, looks in the mirror every day and wants to better himsel. He’s been a really good piece for us. We’ll see what happens. I have no control over that, and neither does he. I wish we were 10 points [into a playoff spot]. If we were 10 points in, we wouldn’t have to talk about this stuff. But that’s the goal next year.
