SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Monster Jam has returned to Salt Lake City for the first events of the 2026 season, bringing several 12,000-pound monster trucks to the Delta Event Center.
The Arena Championship Series West is beginning its trek to Monster Jam World Finals with four events in Salt Lake City between Jan. 2 and Jan. 4, with the final event taking place at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
Monster Jam events last approximately two hours, including a 15–20-minute halftime. Each event includes sections of Racing, 2 Wheel Skills, and Freestyle.

Each of the four event times is preceded by a “Monster Jam Pit Party,” where fans are given the opportunity to purchase tickets to see their favorite trucks and drivers up close. According to Monster Jam’s website, “this fun-filled experience is the only place to get an insider’s look at how these 12,000-pound Monster Jam trucks are built to stand up to the competition.”

After the events conclude, tickets are available for a truck driver meet-and-greet, where fans can chat with the drivers. It is held in a private event space with the opportunity to take photos, get autographs, and hear drivers’ competition takeaways.

Monster Jam is set to return to Salt Lake City for the Monster Jam World Finals from July 2-4. The event will host 28 competing trucks and a spectacular 4th of July fireworks display on that Saturday.
