Marvel fans are split over the episode release schedule of Wonder Man, which is coming out in January 2026. The show is set to have a total of 8 episodes, which were announced to be released at once on Disney+.
According to The Direct, this information was shared with the fans at the 2025 New York Comic-Con. The outlet further states that this will be the first time an MCU show with eight episodes will be dropped at once on Disney+.
Although some fans agree with the binge model being used for this show, others are calling it out. An X(formerly Twitter) user @100xWalmart expressed their excitement and wrote, “Dropping all eight at once feels confident, Wonder Man wants to be discovered in one breath, don’t pretend you disagree.”
Another user stated, “I kinda think it’s going to be good. Just call it a hunch. I have no “inside information” or anything. Simply a feeling. Hope I’m correct!” On the other hand, some Marvel fans characterized the binge model as the studios’ lack of confidence.

Yet another user also claimed that Marvel might not want it to clash with Daredevil: Born Again Season 2’s release. They noted, “This has less to do with the powers that be having no faith in the show and everything to do with the MCU not liking promoting two projects at once. If Wonder Man releases weekly, then it runs into Daredevil’s release.”
