Things just got a little bit (a lot) hotter at the 2026 Oscars, as Hudson Williams made his much-awaited appearance.
The Heated Rivalry star was suave as ever as he walked the star-studded red carpet ahead of the ceremony in an all-black look. A double-breasted jacket and suit pants were paired with an inky button-up and glossy, pointy shoes. To zhuzh up the look, Williams added on layers of jewelry, including a diamond brooch and little silver hoop earrings.

Williams was spotted out and about in New York City this week, ahead of the Academy Awards. He has spent quite a lot of time in Manhattan over the last few months, most recently to support co-star and best friend Connor Storrie as he made his Saturday Night Live debut.
Williams is not nominated for an Oscar this year, as Heated Rivalry was not considered for this awards season (see the full explanation here), but his star shines too brightly these days to have him miss out on Hollywood’s biggest night.
Storrie, will sadly miss the ceremony, and Robbie G.K. is reportedly attending the Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscars viewing party.
Williams has been booked and busy since his breakout role in the queer hockey romance series turned him into one of the hottest stars of the moment.
We’ve seen him at Fashion Month front rows, looking like a Gen Z heartthrob at his Lunar New Year bash, on the cover of a head-turning Wonderland cover, and in Balenciaga’s “Heart and Body” Fall 2026 campaign. He will also appear on our screens again soon, as he landed a role in Yaga, an eight-part mystery drama for Canadian streamer Crave, which he will film in Toronto.
Heated Rivalry has also been renewed for a second season, which is set to debut next April.
