All About Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey’s Baby Daughter Colette

 Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey are a happy family of three.

The former Miss Universe and the San Francisco 49ers running back welcomed a baby girl, Colette Annalise McCaffrey, in July 2025, just over a year after they got married in Rhode Island.

“The scariest and most rewarding of all experiences,” Olivia wrote on her Instagram Stories alongside a photo of herself during the birth. “As soon as [Christian] came into the room I felt most at peace … Colette is so lucky to have the best daddy in the world. A love like no other.”

Since her arrival, Colette has become a staple at 49ers games. Her mom has shared multiple Instagram posts of their coordinating red-and-gold outfits, including a sweet video of her first visit to the field in September 2025.

When asked about his daughter’s adorable game day looks in a December 2025 interview with PEOPLE, Christian laughed and said, “If you know her mom, she’ll dress her up, that’s for sure.”

But beyond the cute moments on the sidelines, Christian has been open about the deeper role his family plays in his career.

“My family is one of the reasons I play,” he said. “Whenever you get to see them right before you go out to battle, it’s a quick reminder of why you’re doing it.”

Olivia announced her pregnancy in March 2025

Less than a year after they got married in June 2024, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child. Olivia shared the news in an Instagram post of her debuting her baby bump in glamorous black-and-white shots. She captioned the images, “next chapter, motherhood.”

“I’m so excited and grateful to be pregnant,” she told PEOPLE that same month. “I’ve been dreaming of this for a long time. It’s very special.”

The model added that Christian was “so excited” and that she was looking forward to seeing him as a dad. He told Esquire in June 2025 that he gives Olivia “all the credit” because “she’s the one that has had to do all the work.”

They kept the baby’s sex a secret

Though Olivia told PEOPLE that she and Christian chose to keep the baby’s sex a secret, she later admitted she had a strong feeling she was having a boy.

In a March 2025 TikTok video, the model walked through various symptoms — including her heart rate, cravings and the way she was carrying her bump — and how they lined up with common old wives’ tales.

While most of the signs she addressed pointed toward a girl, Olivia said her intuition told her she was expecting a boy.

Olivia said they’ll be “open-minded” parents

Before Colette was born, Olivia discussed the kind of parents she and Christian hoped to be — noting that it all depends on the kind of child they have.

“I would say anything that you think you’re going to do going into parenthood could change,” she said. “Overall, staying open-minded is the way that I’m approaching this. I feel like you can’t get ahead of yourself because you just never know.”

Olivia continued, “It’s also so particular based on the child. I don’t know yet, but we’ll see. I’m definitely really excited to figure all of that out.”

Her husband echoed a similar sentiment in his interview with Esquire.

“Everybody’s journey is different,” the running back explained. “So right now I’m just strapped in, ready to go and try to enjoy it as much as I can.”

He added, “That’s been something that everybody’s told me to do, is just to really enjoy the moments when they’re small and when they’re young, because it goes by so fast, even if it seems like the days are long.”

Colette was born in July 2025

On July 13, 2025, the couple shared in a joint Instagram post that their daughter had officially arrived. They captioned a series of sweet, black-and-white images from the delivery room: “Colette Annalise McCaffrey.”

Olivia posted more unseen clips from Colette’s birth in a 2025 recap post on Instagram in December 2025. She wrote that it was “the year I became a mom 😭.”

“This year my heart expanded in ways I never imagined and everything shifted .. my perspective, the way I show up, what I value, and the miracle of life itself,” she wrote. “I am so grateful.”

Christian said seeing Colette before games is “everything” 

Though she’s not even 1 year old, Christian’s daughter has already become a mainstay at her dad’s games. And he wouldn’t have it any other way.

“It means everything to have my family there,” Christian told PEOPLE. “I got to watch my dad play when I was a kid. I know my daughter won’t remember it, but just knowing she was there and able to be present when I played means a lot to me.”

Olivia joked that her daughter is a “mini running back”

In an October 2025 interview with PEOPLE, the model said that Colette, then only 11 weeks old, was already “growing so fast.” And the way she was growing made her think she may have a future in football.

“She could lift her head by 3 days old, so there was no real milestone,” Olivia said. “I don’t know why, but she’s really strong. She’s like a little mini running back — but not really.”

The mom went on to talk about the profound emotional shift she experienced after welcoming her child.

“I feel like having a child is having your heart beating outside of yourself, she explained. “Like your heart is with somebody else so it’s raw. It’s just such a raw, vulnerable type of life because it’s so deep and it’s magnetic. You truly feel like it’s a part of you that was missing and that was always supposed to be like this.”
