Video shows aftermath of explosion in Logan Township, New Jersey

LOGAN TWP., N.J. (WPVI) — A shelter-in-place order has been issued in Logan Township, New Jersey, after a reported building explosion on Wednesday afternoon.

Gloucester County Emergency Management said first responders are at the scene on Heron Drive.

Residents and businesses within a two-mile radius of Heron Drive and High Hill Road are asked to shelter in place until further notice.

Video obtained by Action News shows a large plume of black smoke rising from a building.

The nature of the explosion is not yet known. It’s not yet known if anyone was injured.
