GLENDALE, AZ — Ole Miss football defensive end Kam Franklin remains questionable on the Jan. 7 injury report for the Rebels’ CFP seminal game vs Miami in the Fiesta Bowl.
Ole Miss star back Kewan Lacy is not listed on the injury report. He was elevated from being probable.
Lacy had a shoulder injury during Ole Miss’ win vs Tulane in the first round Dec. 20. It didn’t stop his from playing well in the Sugar Bowl on Jan. 1 against Georgia. Lacy rushed for 98 yards and two touchdowns.
He’ll be a full-go for the Rebels (13-1) against Miami (12-2) for the game on Jan. 8 (6:30 p.m., ESPN).
Kam Franklin stats
Franklin is tied for fourth on the Rebels in total tackles with 62. He has five sacks, which is one away from Princewill Umanmielen’s team high of eight.
Franklin played in the Sugar Bowl and did not come off the field for an injury.
