- The Arkansas lottery player used Jackpocket and hit $250.8 million Powerball jackpot.

The largest win ever through the Jackpocket mobile app occurred on March 2 when a lottery player in Arkansas hit a $250.8 million Powerball jackpot using the third-party seller, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery announced on March 4.
“We’re thrilled for our customer in Arkansas and amazed that just their second order placed with Jackpocket resulted in a life-changing $250.8 million jackpot − setting a new Jackpocket record,” said Pete Sullivan, SVP, Lottery at DraftKings, in a statement. “This historic win underscores our commitment to delivering a best-in-class, secure, and seamless lottery experience for our customers.”
The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery said that it partners with Jackpocket to “offer more convenient ways to play lottery games.”
The Powerball winning numbers in the March 2 drawing were: 2, 17, 18, 38 and 62 with the Powerball 20.
The jackpot winner has 180 days to claim the prize, per Arkansas state law.
Arkanas’ second jackpot in months
Arkansas appears to be on a bit of a hot streak. While only three Powerball jackpots have ever been won in the state, two of those have come over the past few months.
On Christmas Eve, an Arkansas lottery player won the second largest Powerball jackpot ever – $1.817 billion. The winner chose to remain anonymous.
